FAN FOR LIFE!!!
OK, I may be a little biased here, having had the good fortune to hang out with Al on a few occasions - but these guys are the funk!!
Saw them the first time at Shakori in 2004, and have managed to catch them here in Wilmington as well. The lineup has changed a bit over the years, but the sound keeps getting better and better. These guys (and gal) truly enjoy what they're doing, and it shows in their music and their presence onstage. If you haven't gotten to see them live - you don't know what you're missing!!!
Gotta go to the booty show!!!

Booty Band
This was the surprise show of the festival for a few of my crew. This set was so funked out. We weren't into anyone else playing at the time and decided to check these guys out. We knew during the soundcheck they were gonna to bring it. This recording sounds nice and clear. Definately worth the dl.

Yar! Booty!
Wow! These guys funked it down, They were rocking so hard, the sound guy had to cut them off, the WHOLE CROWD screamed at the soundguy to turn em back on. They played 45 minutes 28 seconds, those sound guys didnt even give em 30 more seconds!! I was completely coated with sweat from getting down. What a show, hooked for life!
